Warranty claims must be made within 14 days after the 90-day period ends. Warranty claims submitted after this period cannot be considered.
Send an email to info@k9laboratories.co.uk with your proof of purchase and a request for the warranty form. You will receive the warranty form by email, which you will need to complete so our experts can review it.
Once the completed warranty form is approved, you will receive a store credit voucher via email within 8 business days for the purchase amount.
Please note: No refunds are issued; you will always receive a store credit voucher to use in our shop.
This warranty applies to a maximum of 1 pet or supplement per household for 90 days.
